Hi, I am Ben Ong, author of the best
selling Ebook “All About The Prostate”. Over one million
copies sold.
Uncertainty about your health,
what it means and what to do about it
can make this a worrying time for you.
The Testimonials below can help you understand because other men have
been there before you. They have learned from my book and taken supplements
that I recommend.
Doctors can be very intimidating and
they may project more certainty then is justified. They may also have
ulterior motives. Never forget, what Doctors do is a business
and they see you as a meal ticket. That may influence their advice.
My mission is to help you be in command of the facts and that lets you take charge yourself.
That is what reading “All About
The Prostate” will give you. I tell you what your doctor will
not. Mine is an account of the options and the real-life
implications of each. And I give you the independent research
that proves what I say.
I also spell out simple, inexpensive
and safe options that can radically improve your health. A nutritional
supplement that is at least as effective as a drug and much safer,
costs a tiny fraction of what doctors, drugs and procedures do.
But you need to know which ones work and which ones don’t.
My book clues you in.
Please consider buying my book.
It is only $39 and is worth every cent. I guarantee it.
You can even also get my book for nothing. There
is a terrific highly effective supplement called Total Health.
If you buy three bottles of Total Health on this site, you get the book
completely free. If you prefer to do that, click
here (Buy Supplement).
PS - When you buy the book (or get
it free), you also get ongoing updated information from me and
even access to me so you ask for specific advice.
PPS – If you buy the book today,
you also get a rebate of $39 against the purchase of three bottles
of Total Health valid for thirty days. So, in effect you get the book
for nothing if you decide within thirty days to buy the supplements
as well.

"About 6 months ago, I read “All About The Prostate” and started taking the Total Health Formulation as recommended to me by the Nutrition and Health Institute. I also made some changes to my diet as per their instructions in the book “All About The Prostate” they sent me. At that time I was getting up about 4 times every night to go to the toilet. Six months on, I am delighted to report that I now get up about once a night. There has been a decrease in the urgency to go to the toilet. But without a doubt I have had excellent improvement especially in the mornings where I used to go to the toilet about 4-5 times but now that has reduced to 2 times. I see a definite all round improvement and the dribbling has stopped."

"Michael, It's starting to work, you were right for the first 4 or 5 weeks I noticed nothing at all and then all of a sudden I've noticed the difference, getting up just once in the night and sometimes not at all. I've tried a whole host of things literally dozens of products from America and the UK and really had given up. I felt absolutely (excuse the expression) knackered all the time I wasn't getting any sleep but this one from you is out of this world. The book is very good too. I really do appreciate it. I'm more than happy to give you a reference".

"When I first approached the Nutrition and Health Institute, I was aware I had a real problem with my prostate, getting up several times a night, on average thrice. That was several years ago. I was born in 1943, and like so many men of my age, never really sat up and took notice of what was happening until I realised I needed help. I started by reading their book “All About The Prostate” Today, thanks to the advice I took in that book, reinforced by one of their nutritional consultants; I took more care with my diet, lived a more active life, plus I started a sustained course of Total Health capsules. Not only do I now only get up occasionally once a night, my doctor has allowed me to come off the statins I used to take with the help of other nutrients from the Institute such as anti-oxidants. I would particularly recommend the supplement Total Health. The sound advice given by Nutrition and Health Institute consultants is perfect for anyone who does not necessarily want to end up on a drug therapy regime for their prostate problems but would rather have the chance to overcome their problem in a more natural and healthy way. All I can say is it is well worth giving it a three month trial to see the benefits for yourself. I have never regretted putting my trust in this organisation which has helped me so much.";

"I only started taking the formulation Total Health a week or so. I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and I have been getting up 9/10 times a night. After my first day of taking Total Health I only got up just once that night, it was unbelievable! The rest of the week however and up to now I've been getting up 4/5 times a night. That is still a huge improvement and I do expect it will continue to improve. I'm very happy and delighted with your product. I recommend you people".
"Here is a quick update. It has now been ten weeks since I started "Total Health". The number of times I have been getting up at night has gradually come down - as I thought it might. Amazingly I am now only getting up once a night. From ten times to once in ten weeks. You people are awesome. I shall never stop taking "Total Health".

Prostate Cancer is a highly sensitive subject and I would never want to mislead you. There is no certain cure for Prostate Cancer. At best there can be remission because Cancer can always re-occur. The Testimonial which follows is from a patient who had Prostate Cancer, it is in his own words and we feel you should have the opportunity to hear what he says. However neither I nor the Institute endorse the views they express.
"I was born in 1941. I first became acquainted with the Nutrition and Health Institute in April of 2003 when I responded to an advertisement in the Daily Mail. In May 2003 as a result of that contact I purchased a three month's supply of supplements because I was getting up at night, but at the end of those three months I decided not to continue with them because they were quite expensive. I had a call in 2004 and in early 2005 but declined to buy on those occasions.
In November of 2005 things changed dramatically for the worse when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I called the Nutrition and Health Institute on the 25th of November to explain what had happened. Frankly I was a bit in a panic. The nutritional consultant there calmed me down and told me that although he was not qualified to give me medical advice, there were plenty of sources he could point me to. He gave me a great deal of information to show that things were not necessarily as bad as I thought. He told me that lots of men survived with prostate cancer. He mentioned that his understanding was that if the cancer stayed within the prostate itself (and the majority of prostate cancers did) then it would not be fatal. I received a great deal of information about what not to eat and what I should eat and what exercise I should do. I was told that cancer was in principle incurable but also told which supplements might be helpful to improve the health of my prostate. I decided to follow the nutritional advice and also to purchase supplements.
On December the 8th of that year I called the Nutrition and Health Institute again to speak to a nutritional consultant and explained that I had now been told that my cancer was inoperable. I had been advised by my Doctor that I must have hormone treatment followed by radiation. I really did not want to have that treatment. I suggested to my Doctor that perhaps I could deal with this by dietary changes. He was visibly annoyed and angry and said that neither diet nor anything else could help. He also insisted that Testosterone was the cause which contradicted what I had read in “All About The Prostate”. I was very upset because I did not know what to do. My nutritional consultant was very helpful. He made the point that it was ultimately my body and my life. I had to asses the balance of risk myself and make that decision. Nobody could or should make that decision for me. He also suggested that if my Doctor's approach was incompatible with my views I could seek out another Doctor more sympathetic to natural healing.
I did not call the Nutrition and Health Institute again to advise them of my decision but I did decide to decline hormone and radiation treatments. A year passed and I continued with the recommended nutritional changes and taking supplements. I called YANC whenever I had a question relating to my diet and they were very helpful.
On November the 8th 2006 I called the Nutrition and Health Institute to tell them how delighted I was with my progress. I explained that over the last year I had religiously kept to the diet that had been recommended. I was also having the complete Sexual Health range of supplements. My PSA has declined in one year from 33.3 to 1.3 to the astonishment of my Urologist. I had also lost 3 stone in weight and I felt so much better generally. I had been getting back to gardening and I had rebuilt my patio. I did not think that was too bad for a man who had been told a year ago that he had inoperable prostate cancer. My Urologist has now declared me to be free of cancer. She at first refused to believe that my own actions - diet and supplements - could possibly be the cause of my recovery. Nonetheless my Urologist has now admitted to me that the only difference that could account for why I have done so much better that anyone else in my group was my diet and supplements. This was quite a revelation for an orthodox doctor who only believed in drugs, radiation and surgery. I told my nutritional consultant at the Institute that I have certainly done better than those who have had radiation and hormone treatments.
I am happy to provide this testimonial to that effect. Despite the fact that the Nutrition and Health Institute have told me that they are not prepared to make any such claim, I am personally in no doubt that my changed diet and the package of supplements has helped me fight my cancer and is helping me retain my good health, even right till this day.";

"It's been about 5 weeks now since I started taking the product "Total Health". It's certainly been beneficial and not just for my prostate. I am so pleased that I no longer have to get up to go to the loo during the night. That was the case before I started taking Total Health and following the diet advice given to me by the Institute in their book "All about the Prostate". Additionally, I enjoy the general feeling of well-being and greater energy which Total Health has appeared to give me. I feel a stronger person and not as vulnerable as I had been feeling".

"I started taking Total Health about three months ago. To be honest, I can say at this stage of the game that there has been a marked improvement. I was initially getting up 3 to 4 times a night and now I'm already down to just once. I also read the book the institute sent me. That has made me worry about that medication called Proscar prescribed by my doctor. In contrast to Total Health that has not worked at all and I worry about the potential side effects of Proscar which I have learned about in the book the institute sent me"

On October 27th 2003 I found myself sitting on the side of my hospital bed reading a copy of the Daily telegraph. I had been brought to hospital because of urinary retention. I had a catheter which had been inserted through my penis to drain my bladder. The Urologist was recommending immediate surgery to reduce the size of my swollen prostate. To say I was miserable and scared at this turn of events is an understatement. I really did not want the surgeons cutting me up because I knew that could easily cause further problems. Fortunately for me – as it turned out - there was an advertisement that day in the Telegraph about the prostate by the Nutrition and health Institute. I called them and spoke to a nutritional consultant there. I told him my situation and asked him if he could help me avoid surgery. He chose his words carefully but was candid with me. He stated that there was a chance he could help but that he really could not guarantee anything at this late stage. He explained that he did not have medical training and was not entitled to give me medical advice but that ultimately what happened to my body was my choice. If I did not want to have surgery he would do everything to help me get my prostate healthy again so as to avoid the need for surgery. He also indicated that as I had left it so late and my prostate was consequently so swollen, I would have to accept some very radical changes to my diet and take the whole range of supplements in order to stand a chance of no longer needing the catheter and avoiding the need for surgery. A few days later I received the book that he sent me which was very informative and immediately made the recommended changes to my diet. I also purchased every supplement that he advised and started taking them. It is now almost five years since I instituted those changes. I can say that my health has improved dramatically and there never has been a repeat of that urinary retention. The nutritionists at the Institute have been great - always helpful and supportive. Last week I had my most recent reading of my PSA which was now down to 2.4. I told them at the institute that result was all thanks to them. They have enabled me to avoid the surgeons scalpel and for that, I shall always be grateful to them.

I started taking Total Health in April 2008. I was initially getting up six times during the night. After just 6 weeks into the Institute's suggested three month course I had already noticed an improvement. I was down to getting up just three times a night as opposed to six and I also felt a significant improvement in my general well being. I'm 78 years old and have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate since I was 70. I have been taking Tamsulosin for some years and really hasn't made much difference. I read the Institute's book on "All About The Prostate" and thought the book informative and easy to understand. It pointed out the downsides and side effects of the drug Tamsulosin which coincided with what my female doctor had said. I am pleased with my experience of Total Health so far and have now decided to go on an automated monthly order.
